  My husband and I switched to T-Mobile after hearing Clark Howard talking about the cost savings. Because we are over 55 we got a GREAT deal! Now feel that our old carrier has been sticking it to us for years. All of the employees in the Dawsonville store have been extremely patient and helpful with us! Vanessa has personally walked us through many of the steps in upgrading to a smart phone. We will NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you!

  Great Experience and service! I got a great understanding of what I would be paying for and my service! Everyone was respectful. The manager is great! Shes always under pressure in a demanding demographic but handles it well...good and bad.

  The employees are very polite and helpful. However, changing to a new phone is a very, very long process and sometimes they forget steps in that process or that you are still waiting if several customers come in. Bring something to do while waiting and check phone closely before leaving. Also, bring passwords to accounts (gmail, tmobile) and a lot of patience.
