  My boyfriend and I went to the Mattress Firm in Dawsonville a few days ago. We had a great experience! Zach (so sorry if I'm misspelling your name!) was the absolute best to work with! Not only was he quick to give us the information we needed, he didn't try to up-sell us on a bed we truly didn't want/need. He was honest with his intentions in selling us a new mattress, and didn't make it all about "closing a deal" (which actually helped him close the deal with us pretty quickly!). We really enjoyed working with him and managed to find the PERFECT mattress in the process. Thank you so much, Zach! You're the best. If I had to give one small criticism, it would be regarding the delivery. We were supposed to have the mattress delivered Monday afternoon, but the delivery guys showed up early and my boyfriend wasn't home to receive the mattress. When they called him to tell him they'd be early, they only gave him about 10 minutes notice before showing up. Granted, they waited for him to get home and did complete the delivery, but it was just kind of a messy delivery process overall. Other than that small piece re: the delivery, everything was awesome!
