  The worse place to shop. Customer service! Customer service! Customer service! Here is my experience: 1. No greetings.... I walked in with my mom, one Chinese employee servicing a Chinese customer and two Caucasian employees servicing? a person who looked more like cheat chatting. All three employees saw us but failed to greet. 2. No customer service....I searched through the coats to find my size but no one came to greet nor offered to help even after all of the “customers” had left. Struggled finding the right size but everything was Self serve, trying on clothes and looking for correct size. 3. Ignorance.... customers are completely ignored. Not only us but other customers that walked in were seemed to be unnoticed until you walk up to the counter to pay for the products. Seem like something severe needed to be done to get their attention. I left Burberry outlet with disappointment, drove to Nordstrom to buy a Burberry coat. It was only $50 dollar difference and given a good customer service. I know Burberry outlet shoppers can afford to spend another $50 dollars to get the service they deserve. Don’t waste your time and money at this Burberry outlet. Go to a place where your money is appreciated.
